HANDS DOWN ONE OF OUR BEST PURCHASES We built this house in 2019 and noticed the garage door off the bat wasn’t good quality and over time the door began bending. Our house also could not control the heat/cold due to the temp of the garage, so our monthly air bills were rough. We called Pioneer and they had an insulated door in stock that we could use. Their technician was out the next morning, he was so great to work with. Installed it so fast, raised the motor so the garage wouldn’t go down farther than necessary and reinforced the door to ensure there would be NO bending. The insulated door is also lifesaving on our monthly heat/conditioning bill! The door looks beautiful, we’ve had so many compliments. We are extremely happy with Pioneer and could not recommend them enough.

Great service! They returned my message and scheduled an appointment via text when I couldn't answer my phone. The tech called first and gave me an accurate ETA. He quickly figured out which component of the garage door opener had failed and he replaced it. He keyed my clicker so it would work and made sure I was happy with the work. He also pointed out the rollers were showing signs of wear but applied no pressure to replace them. I chose to replace them. Great service!

I love the good folks at pioneer door! My teenage son backed out of our garage with the car door open and mangled some of the track and hardware. (Not to mention the carnage on my vehicle) I spoke with Brian and he gave me a phone number to text images. Within a short time Kendra called me back with all of the information I needed. The personnel were very knowledgeable, super chill and cool to talk to. They have a wide variety of parts inventory and I was able to acquire the items for my repair same day. Pioneer Door was excellent to work with. I needed a door replaced and was in a tight spot because my vehicle was stuck in the garage. They had a guy out the same day as I called. They got the old door open so I could get my vehicle out. I picked out a new door and the turn around and install was a lot quicker than I expected! Their installer was on time and very respectful. They had me all set up in a hurry! He taught me the in’s and out’s of the door and maintenance. He even took time to program both of my vehicles and through in an extra remote! And above all this their price was better than anyone around!! I would highly recommend Pioneer to anyone looking at a new door!! They have definitely gained a lifetime customer!!

Conner that came out to our place was great fast and efficient. I’m very happy with this company and how easy they have been to work with! I can’t wait for our new garage door! I definitely would recommend choosing this company if you need work on your garage!
